Indian Head Massage

One of the best massages you can give to yourself. Indian Head massage works across your upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, head and face and gives you a total sense of relaxation and calm and leaves you feeling invigorated.

Massage Self help - Try this exercise as a taster... This will not only help you relax but also alleviate any tension in your neck.


Sit in a comfortable position and take 3 slow deep breaths, breathing in and out through your nose.
Inhale and tilt your right ear to right shoulder (be careful not to bring shoulder up to meet the ear)
Exhale and gently rock your head backwards and forwards.
Inhale and bring head back to centre
Exhale and drop head to the left side rocking gently
Inhale as you bring your head back to centre
Exhale and drop your chin to your neck.
Gently rock your head sideways whilst breathing slowly.
Finally, rotate your head gently on it’s natural pivot around, inhaling as you come up and exhaling as you move down.
Be careful not to overextend the neck. Always be gentle with yourself.
