Meditation - Mind Medicine
The most simple way of relaxing your body and mind is to breath. When we relax, the blood flow to the brain increases thus improving our concentration and ability to think clearly.
Make time to do some gentle breathing and reduce your stress levels. |

Sit in a comfortable position & take a deep breath through your nose and let out a sigh as you exhale through your mouth. Repeat this 3 times
Breath in slowly through your left nostril, cover the nostril with you 3rd finger, retain the breath for a count of 3 and then exhale through the right nostril. |
