The most simple way of relaxing your body and mind is to breath. When we relax, the blood flow to the brain increases thus improving our concentration and ability to think clearly.






Make time to do some gentle breathing and reduce your stress levels.
Here is simple breathing technique you can do at home or at work, this is ideal for calming down and regaining balance.

Sit in a comfortable position & take a deep breath through your nose and let out a sigh as you exhale through your mouth. Repeat this 3 times
Place your forefinger on your brow (between the eyebrows) and your right thumb on your right nostril.



Breath in slowly through your left nostril, cover the nostril with you 3rd finger, retain the breath for a count of 3 and then exhale through the right nostril.
Inhale through the right nostril, hold the breath for the count of 3 and exhale through the left nostril.
Repeat this process for at least 10 slow breaths.
